Meet The CEO
Jeannine brings over 30 years of expertise in the administrative field, making her a seasoned professional in her craft. She spent 15 of those years specializing in the construction industry, where she excelled as a contracts administrator, office administrator, and office operations manager for both general contractors and a national painting contractor.
Her experience extends beyond construction, with a versatile background spanning multiple industries. Jeannine has served as an education business liaison executive assistant, an office manager and licensed agent in the insurance sector, a receptionist in real estate, an executive receptionist in telecommunications, and an IT coordinator.
Passionate about helping solopreneurs and small business owners, Jeannine thrives on supporting entrepreneurs as they grow and expand their businesses. Her diverse skill set allows her to mentor and lead with confidence, earning her recognition as a trusted business leader and small business mentor.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Jeannine is actively involved in the community. She serves as Co-Leader of the Alignable Construction Trades and Services Group and was the founding Ambassador for the Alignable Alliance of Gwinnett County.

JL Administrative Services was born out of a challenging time. After being laid off during
the 2008 recession, I decided to use my expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to build something
of my own. I started JL Administrative Services with a mission to support businesses in
achieving efficiency and growth, providing high-quality administrative solutions across a range
of industries.
