Terms and Conditions:

Membership Period: Ongoing Annual Membership
Payment Due Date: Payment is due upon receipt.  
Payment Methods: ACH or Credit Card
Late Payment Policy: If payment is not received after seven days of the invoice date, your membership will be suspended until payment is made.  

Cancellation Policy:

Access until Subscription Period Ends: Even though you may decide to cancel your account, you will retain access to VA Coach in Your Pocket™ until the end of the billing period. This means you can continue utilizing the platform until your next payment is due.
 
Rejoining in the Future: If you decide to rejoin services in the future, we’ll be happy to welcome you back anytime.
 
Cancellation Timing: To avoid further charges, please cancel your account before your next payment is due. Regrettably, I cannot refund any payments once they have been processed. You have the flexibility to cancel as far in advance as you would like, giving you control over the timing of the cancellation.
